If your chosen keepsake requires cremation ashes, hair, fur, dried flowers, fabric, or another meaningful inclusion, simply place your order first.

Once your order has been received, we'll personally contact you with clear instructions on how to safely package and send your items. We'll guide you through every step to ensure they arrive securely and give you peace of mind throughout the process.

3. We Handcraft Your Keepsake

When your inclusions arrive, they are handled with the utmost care, dignity, and respect.

Your keepsake is then carefully handcrafted, preserving your precious memories within a beautiful, lasting tribute. Every piece is individually created to honour the unique story of your loved one.

4. Receive Your Finished Keepsake

Once complete, your memorial keepsake will be carefully packaged and returned to you.

Any unused cremation ashes, hair, fur, flowers, fabric, or other inclusions will be securely returned alongside your finished piece, ensuring every precious memory is treated with the care it deserves.
