All services are subject to availability, timeframes, and the information provided by the client or referring partner.

All original content, designs, videos, templates, artwork, and music created by Story & Soul remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use delivered materials for personal or memorial purposes only. Commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution is not permitted without written consent.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are over 18 or have legal authority to act on behalf of the client

• All information provided is accurate and truthful

• You have the necessary permissions for any photos, music, or personal content submitted

• You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

You agree not to:

• Use our services or content for any illegal or unauthorised purpose

• Reproduce, resell, or distribute our work without permission

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

• Upload or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on others’ rights

• Interfere with our website, systems, or other users' access to services

You may terminate service at any time, but cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

• If unresolved, we both agree to attempt mediation before legal proceedings

• Any legal dispute shall be brought exclusively before a court in the UK

• Delays due to incomplete or late submission of materials

Our total liability, whether in contract or tort, shall not exceed the total fee paid for the relevant service.
